What the agreement covers
ArtComBuro offers collectible art toys, sculptures, limited-edition prints and paintings. Size, materials, contents, condition, edition and price are specified in the product description and confirmed order.
Interior furnishings and other objects in photographs are not included unless expressly stated. Frames, boxes, certificates and artist signatures are specified individually for each work.
Ordering and confirmation
Select a piece and its size or variant, then provide the order information. Before confirming, you can check the item, quantity, total, payment and delivery arrangements and these terms.
The contract is formed by accepting the offer during the order process in accordance with the Ukrainian Electronic Commerce Law. Order confirmation and the essential terms are provided by email or another method that can be retained.
Browsing, making an enquiry or subscribing to news does not itself constitute a product order.
Price and payment
The price and selected currency are displayed on the website. Check the final total, settlement currency, delivery costs and any fees before confirming your order.
Available payment options are shown at checkout: IBAN bank transfer, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the payment provider, and a UAH 500 advance with the balance on receipt where available. The advance counts towards the product price and cannot exceed it. Carrier and bank fees follow their current tariffs.
Advance payments and uncollected parcels
The UAH 500 advance is part of the order price, not a separate delivery charge. When you receive the order, it is credited in full towards the goods, with the balance payable on receipt. The advance cannot exceed the order value.
If a parcel is not collected, the advance is not automatically forfeited. The seller may seek reimbursement of actual, documented outbound and return delivery expenses only where there is a lawful basis. The buyer will receive an itemised calculation and supporting evidence.
Deducting expenses from the advance requires a separate agreement with the buyer or another valid legal basis. Any undisputed advance amount due back to the buyer will be refunded within the statutory time limit. Failure to collect a parcel alone does not automatically entitle the seller to retain the entire UAH 500.
This clause does not restrict statutory withdrawal or return rights. It does not transfer to the buyer costs that the seller must bear by law, including costs arising from defective goods, an incorrect order or the seller’s breach. Existing orders remain governed by the terms agreed when they were placed.
Delivery and receipt
Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta using the recipient details in your order. Delivery availability, dispatch time and cost are agreed before payment; lead times for items ordered on request are confirmed separately.
International delivery, carrier, costs and possible customs charges are agreed individually before confirmation. Contact ArtComBuro about damage or discrepancies. Photos and a carrier report help investigate but their absence does not itself remove statutory rights.
Returns, exchanges and quality
For exchanges, returns, damage or discrepancies, email artcomburo@gmail.com with your order number. Procedures and deadlines follow Ukrainian law, taking account of the product type and grounds for your request.
Agree the return address and shipping method with us before dispatch. Keep the contents, protective packaging and documents to return the object safely. Collectible status or a limited edition does not itself remove statutory consumer rights. Custom-made terms are agreed before ordering and do not restrict rights concerning defects.
Personal data and newsletter
Information needed to place and fulfil an order is processed as described in our privacy policy. Marketing subscriptions are a separate voluntary choice. Accepting these terms does not replace newsletter or optional-cookie consent.
Changes and resolving concerns
Contact the seller to raise a concern. Ukrainian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable to a cross-border purchase.
Updated terms apply to subsequent orders after publication. Agreed terms remain applicable to concluded contracts unless the law or a mutual agreement provides otherwise.
