About EXCALIBUR SATOSHI
BE@RBRICK EXCALIBUR SATOSHI combines iridescent tones with dense graphics and the Bitcoin symbol. Different body areas have their own colour rhythm, so the composition changes as the figure turns. The name directs attention to digital currency rather than a medieval sword.
MEDICOM TOY explains EXCALIBUR’s concept through Satoshi Nakamoto and the white paper describing a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. The release was connected with the AKASHIC RECORDS 3 exhibition in 2022. Satoshi is the subject of the design; there is no verified claim that he personally collaborated on the figure.
The model sits between digital culture and designer toys. It remains a physical collectible: Bitcoin imagery does not itself mean that a purchase includes cryptocurrency, an NFT or investment rights. Displaying it beside simple White Chrome makes its layered surface particularly apparent.
