BE@RBRICK Carnage 400% + 100%

Carnage uses a red body with branching black symbiote graphics. White eyes and a toothy mouth establish an aggressive expression even within BE@RBRICK’s rounded proportions. This is a character from Spider-Man’s world, not a red costume worn by Spider-Man himself. The graphics extend from the head across the torso and limbs, suggesting a restless organic covering. MEDICOM TOY lists the 100% + 400% format among its 2022 releases; the larger figure makes the irregular black contours easier to inspect.

Collaboration and design

MEDICOM TOY translates Marvel characters into the language of collectible design. A costume, mask and emblem remain the keys to the character, while the proportions belong to the bear platform. This distinguishes the release from a realistic action figure or a screen-prop replica. When comparing pieces, the particular costume version matters as much as the character’s name: comic-book and film interpretations can have different colours, symbols and story origins despite sharing the same superhero identity.
