About the work No. 22 — Size Matters
No. 22 — Size Matters is an acrylic painting on canvas by Hello Abiebi. A recognisable Smurf appears in an unusual inverted pose. The blue field and red details emphasise the silhouette, while exaggerated proportions change the familiar character’s appearance.
The painting works in the moment between recognition and surprise. Familiar features remain, but pose and scale prompt a second look. This listing is for a painting on canvas, rather than an art toy carrying a related motif.
