Starglow

Mario X-Large Starglow is a collectible object in the ArtComburo Characters selection. Saturated yellow and a large recognisable silhouette make Starglow a vivid collection accent.

In the large version, yellow covers a substantial part of the figure and sets it apart from darker characters. Starglow names this particular edition; no electrical lighting or operating mode is claimed.

About the series

Fools Paradise’s Super Professional XL brings the character to a larger format, where the pose and attributes become particularly prominent. It offers another presentation of the visual language also seen in the compact Essential line. Comparing the versions helps distinguish a standalone presence in a room from a group of related characters displayed together on a shelf.

Scale and a place in the collection

At 50 cm tall, Starglow needs a different display space from the compact Essential version. Measure the intended location, allowing for the figure’s width and projecting details as well as its height. Its saturated yellow can be echoed by a small nearby accent or remain the composition’s main colour. For a gift to a character enthusiast, check that this larger format suits their display space.
