Wood & Gold

Mario X-Large Wood & Gold is a collectible object in the ArtComburo Characters selection. A wood-effect finish combines with gold-coloured accessories and a large familiar silhouette.

The warm surface pattern balances the reflective details. Appearance and material should be distinguished: the source catalogue describes a plastic figure with an imitation wood finish rather than a solid-wood sculpture.

About the series

Fools Paradise’s Super Professional XL brings the character to a larger format, where the pose and attributes become particularly prominent. It offers another presentation of the visual language also seen in the compact Essential line. Comparing the versions helps distinguish a standalone presence in a room from a group of related characters displayed together on a shelf.
