THE MONSTERS / HAVE A SEAT

THE MONSTERS LABUBU Have a Seat is a series of collectible POP MART vinyl plush objects featuring Kasing Lung’s character. Its defining feature is the seated pose: pale feet point forwards, short paws sit beside the body, and long ears balance the rounded silhouette. The shell combines PVC and polyester.

Have a Seat focuses on small changes in expression. Some characters have wide-open eyes; others close them or smile with a squint. Pink, mint, lavender, grey and warm beige palettes give the same form different moods. A smooth face contrasts with the fluffy head and body.

A calm pose, different personalities

Seated LABUBU looks as though it has paused between little adventures. In promotional scenes, the characters relax on a beach, play in sand or float in decorative rings. These stories emphasise the series’ lightness, while individual front views allow comparisons of eyes, fur colour and smile shape.

Order formats

This card offers one random box or a set of six boxes. Photographs show designs and scenes from the series; they do not determine which character will be inside a random box. A secret version is not guaranteed, and a set should not be understood as a promise of every character shown in the gallery.

Kasing Lung and LABUBU

Kasing Lung created THE MONSTERS in 2015. His LABUBU combines sharp teeth and a mischievous appearance with a kind nature. The artist develops the character through poses, colours and emotions, while POP MART produces three-dimensional collectible interpretations. Learn about the creator in the official Kasing Lung profile.
