Sesame Street Big Bird Plush Keychain

Sesame Street Big Bird Plush Keychain is an individual plush keychain from the KAWS and Sesame Street collaboration. The artist keeps the character’s recognisable colours and details while adding X eyes. It is a soft accessory to take with you or place among collectibles. Its small format brings the character from the screen into an everyday object without requiring space for a large sculpture.

Who is Big Bird?

Big Bird is Sesame Street’s curious yellow bird, fond of friends and discoveries. The keychain keeps his long neck, beak and orange legs. X eyes and rounded side elements on the head add KAWS’s touch to the familiar character. Soft yellow texture and outstretched wings distinguish this accessory from the larger vinyl figure in the same collaboration.

The collaboration and Water Parade

The plush keychains were part of AllRightsReserved’s Water Parade 2025 selection. The event took place in Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour, where KAWS’s Elmo was among the large floating sculptures. Different Sesame Street characters became collectible accessories, linked by their shared X eyes.

A soft format and an individual version

The series has five characters: Bert, Ernie, Oscar the Grouch, Elmo and Big Bird. DDTStore also presented them as a set; this listing is for one Big Bird keychain. Polyester and cotton distinguish it from vinyl works in the same collaboration. Photographs reveal the specific character’s texture and colours. Keep the Plush Keychain format in mind when choosing: this is an accessory, not a scaled-down copy of a vinyl sculpture.

For a collection or a gift

The keychain can be a small gift for a KAWS admirer or someone with warm memories of Sesame Street. Choosing a character makes the gift personal: one person may prefer Ernie’s jokes, another Elmo’s curiosity or Oscar’s personality. Collectors can compare the soft and vinyl versions to see how proportions, poses and textures change.
