About Viva la Vida
Viva la Vida is a collectible sculpture from the TUD × Frida Kahlo series, created as a tribute to the Mexican artist. Flowers, a heart, bones and ornamental details decorate the white body. This is a contemporary licensed TUD edition, rather than a sculpture made by Frida Kahlo herself.
Viva la Vida: the title and symbols
The title refers to Frida Kahlo’s painting of the same name from 1954 and means “Long live life”. This TUD version combines its life-affirming message with images recalling physical pain, resilience and the relationship between life and death in Mexican culture.
The brand explains that the heart, skeleton, flowers and other anatomical motifs reinterpret the artist’s characteristic symbolism. A heart with a Frida ribbon appears on the chest; the back carries a decorative skull and ornaments. Decoration continues around the figure, rewarding views from several sides.

Art for a collection and interior
