BE@RBRICK Us in me 1000% is a MEDICOM TOY release with BLACK Scandal Yohji Yamamoto, Suzume Uchida and S.H.I.P&crew. Monochrome self-portrait imagery by Uchida repeats across the head, torso, arms and legs of the 70 cm figure.

Dark areas contrast with pale profiles, while the glossy surface changes with the light. Front and rear views reveal different fragments of the faces. Suzume Uchida and BLACK Scandal markings on the back are printed design elements, not evidence of a handwritten autograph.

Uchida supplies the portrait imagery, BLACK Scandal Yohji Yamamoto provides the fashion collaboration context, and MEDICOM TOY manufactures the collectible. S.H.I.P&crew is also a named participant in this release. The official project includes a separate design called Until I can be the one I want to be, which is not this edition.

Uchida’s work has appeared in Yohji Yamamoto collections. Here, the contrast of light and darkness in her imagery moves from an artwork or garment onto a rounded, segmented object. The repeated portrait creates continuity across the figure while each angle changes the visible relationship between the faces.
