Participants and concept
fragment design is Hiroshi Fujiwara’s design project, associated with Japanese street culture. Here it acts as a creative collaborator in reinterpreting Mickey Mouse; Disney supplies the character and MEDICOM TOY produces the object. The blue edition demonstrates how a unified palette can move a familiar figure away from its customary coloured costume.
