BE@RBRICK TRANSFORMERS Optimus Prime 400%

Optimus Prime joins the BE@RBRICK platform with the red-and-blue graphics of the TRANSFORMERS Autobot leader. Grey face and chest sections suggest the robot’s mechanical components, while the blue head and red arms retain his familiar palette. This is a special collaboration with Takara Tomy, credited on the official page as the model’s manufacturer and publisher. The 400% release was announced for February 2025. It should be distinguished from the earlier Optimus Prime 100% +400% set.

Collaboration and design

Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots in TRANSFORMERS. This collaboration brings together two design systems: MEDICOM TOY’s modular bear and Takara Tomy’s mechanical character. Blocks of colour preserve the robot’s identity without reproducing a truck’s proportions. Within a themed display, it offers a clear example of a character moving between toy platforms. The 400% format provides space to inspect the helmet graphics, chest-window motif and contrasting leg details.
