PiL Chrome Ver. reduces the music collaboration to two clear elements: a mirrored silver-toned body and the blue circular Public Image Ltd. logo on the chest. Reflections become part of the appearance, but the emblem remains the focal point. Public Image Ltd. is the British post-punk band founded by John Lydon; the design presents its graphic identity rather than a specific album cover. MEDICOM TOY scheduled the 100% + 400% set for May 2022. The small figure repeats the larger one’s minimal treatment.

Collaboration and design
Here MEDICOM TOY works with the visual language of clothing: an emblem, a colour scheme and a particular surface. The familiar bear shape makes the collaborator’s decisions easy to compare with other releases. It connects Japanese designer toys with streetwear, where a handful of recognisable details can carry a brand’s identity. Leaving some space around the figure helps those details remain legible rather than competing with neighbouring objects on a crowded shelf.
