Let’s Checkmate

THE MONSTERS LABUBU Let’s Checkmate Vinyl Plush Hanging Card is a collectible POP MART pendant featuring Kasing Lung’s character. Yellow fur, a small pink crown and a large heart with a blue bow create a soft, romantic design. This version has a PVC and polyester shell with polyester filling.

The heart occupies almost the whole front of the body, with a translucent-looking ribbon emphasising its volume. Blue straps cross at the back, continuing the gift-wrapping theme. The crown sits beside one ear and combines pink shapes with golden details.

A romantic interpretation of Let’s Checkmate

The name’s chess theme appears through a royal accessory and staged scenes. The gallery shows the character on a chessboard and inside a large pink arrangement of boxes. Pale yellow, a heart and a bow distinguish this pendant from the large brown Let’s Checkmate doll in a red robe.

Side and rear views reveal how the ribbon wraps around the figure and show the fluffy head without the heart in front. This is a separate compact release measuring 17 cm tall. Images with several characters depict the series setting rather than indicating that the offer contains several identical pendants.

Kasing Lung and THE MONSTERS

Kasing Lung created THE MONSTERS in his illustrated stories in 2015. Long ears, a toothy smile and a kind nature make LABUBU recognisable regardless of costume. The artist brings fairy-tale designs into three dimensions while preserving their emotional qualities. Learn about the creator in the official Kasing Lung profile.
