No Fear

Dead Liberty No Fear uses a dark cloak, a pale skull and a gold accent. Its limited palette brings out the head shape and folds of the clothing; the contrast between the light face and dark silhouette gives this version its immediate presence.

In LibertyDead, designer Lim of LTNC Studio combines the Statue of Liberty with a skull. This contrast underpins the series, giving a familiar public symbol a deliberately contradictory character.

Designer Lim published the LTNC Toys LibertyDead project in his Behance portfolio in 2021. His explanation explicitly brings together the Statue of Liberty and a skull: the elements conflict yet work together within one character. This is the documented artistic premise of the series, rather than a claim that the figure has any talismanic properties. In No Fear, the cloak and skull make that contrast clear without a large number of colours.
