About Marble
Marble is a MEDICOM TOY BE@RBRICK 1000% with a pastel marble-like pattern. Pink, blue and pale veining crosses the head, body and limbs. Marble names the design and does not establish natural marble as the material. The official October 2021 release enlarges the PATTERN Marble design from BE@RBRICK SERIES 40, distinguishing it from My First B@by Marble editions.
Participants and concept
This edition belongs to the PATTERN approach, where ornament takes the leading role instead of a portrait or licensed character. MEDICOM TOY develops its platform through changes to the surface: veins pass over different sections and read as a connected composition. The official credit does not identify a separate external artist for this Marble edition.
