About SpongeBob Gold Chrome
SpongeBob Gold Chrome is a MEDICOM TOY BE@RBRICK 1000% based on SpongeBob SquarePants. The gold-coloured reflective treatment combines with his large eyes, smile and costume graphics. Familiar Nickelodeon character details are transferred onto the bear’s rounded shape. The finish distinguishes the edition from standard yellow SpongeBob versions and reflects the surrounding space. MEDICOM TOY lists its release for January 2020.
Participants and concept
Stephen Hillenburg created SpongeBob SquarePants. The series builds comedy around the underwater world of Bikini Bottom, while its central character remains recognisable beyond the screen through his smile, eyes and work outfit. Hillenburg created the character, Nickelodeon provides the screen context, and MEDICOM TOY manufactures this collectible interpretation.
