Manekineko

Garfield Manekineko is the white version with a gold-coloured coin and red and green accents. These colours separate the small costume details, while the raised paw gives the familiar cat a maneki-neko pose.

Garfield is the comic character created by Jim Davis. ZCWO combines his expression and rounded proportions with a maneki-neko pose, keeping the character recognisable even in an unfamiliar palette.

Garfield was created by American cartoonist Jim Davis, and the comic has been published since 1978. In this collectible direction, ZCWO translates the character from a flat drawing into a three-dimensional form while preserving his recognisable expression. The maneki-neko pose introduces another cultural association, but the object remains a Garfield interpretation rather than a traditional figurine promising good fortune. In Manekineko, the transition is especially direct: the comic character adopts the familiar decorative-cat pose.
