About the work Mosaic of Gazes*
Mosaic of Gazes is the ArtComburo catalogue title for this acrylic painting by Jared Buschang. Several faces, open eyes and gestures form a vertical arrangement of geometric planes. Green, blue and orange areas overlap, while human features remain visible between them.
From a distance, the broad colour relationships lead the composition. Closer viewing reveals smaller eyes, profiles and intersecting lines. The title was proposed by ArtComburo and is not a verified title given by the artist.
